We always encourage our customers to purchase package protection insurance through our provider ShipInsure offered upon checkout.

Viviana Halil is not liable for unforeseen issues caused during package transit including, but not limited to, lost packages, theft at your destination or damages occurred during package transit. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.
If Shipsurance Package Protection was waived at the time of purchase, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and information.
If your package has been marked “Delivered” but you are unable to locate it, please be sure to check with your neighbors or if you live in a building with a front desk or building manager, etc, to help locate your package.
If you are still unable to locate your package and purchased ShipInsure Package Protection, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below to file a claim.
