Refund policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene protocols (for the protection and health of our customers)
  • Gift cards are non-returnable
  • Items must be completely undamaged and in the original box and pouch

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click "Request Return"
  3. Select which products you would like to return and your reason for return
  4. Wait for approval - we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email along with instructions
  5. Pack all items securely in their original packaging with tags attached
  6. Attach the shipping label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@vivianahalil.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the 10% restocking fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost or Damaged Returns: Your prepaid return label includes tracking information. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is processed. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. For your protection, we recommend taking a photo of your packaged return and getting a receipt when you drop it off.
